Bayer's Essure lawsuits are coming from thousands of women, and U.S. District Judge John R. Padova of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has trimmed an ongoing case.
"The [complaint] failed to allege facts sufficient to support the assertion that Bayer's failure to confirm that doctors are knowledgeable hysteroscopists prior to training violated a federal requirement," Padova said.
The news comes as a recent update on Tuesday February 21, 2017.
